Message	that is realistic. I gave him a 9 out of 10 instead of 10 on some questions and he asked me why I didn't give him a 10. I actually was being too generous on some questions they asked. For the finance guy I gave a 7 when he deserved less because of his shifty sales pitch he was giving me. I wouldn't buy the extended warranty, buy the extra insurance on glass etching . I can tell he was frustrated with me. The finance guys works on commission too. He's the only guy that pissed me off there.
